Question: leaking interior roof

My car was serviced for 312.50 for clogged hoses 6 months ago and it is leaking again, staining the seats. How can this not be a recall problem. I can't be expected to clean these myself and my dealer doesn't do it as a standard service.

I had a leak also and although claimed to be fixed, I still get a minor influx of water.
