Question: Strange coolant leak problem

A few weeks ago when I did a check up, I noticed that 1 gallon of coolant was missing. I filled it up and rolled 1000miles, I checked the level every day. Not a drop!
4 days ago I went to work and cheked the level when I arrived there. No problem. To come back home (20 miles) I lost an other gallon on my way.
I filled up again and returned to work the next day because i had no choose. Then not a drop for the last 3 days (about 120 miles). Today it did the exact same thing again on a 10 miles drive. What is the problem? There is coolant everywhere around and on the tank but no leak anywhere.....
