The customer service at May's is wonderful!! They are so great at communicating service issues related to my vehicle, and have always assisted me in finding the best prices for parts or work that I need to have done on my car. Jim is very helpful at explaining technical issues to me in layman's terms, and Kim is wonderful at taking care of scheduling/billing, and everything else. They're so flexible about scheduling & ensuring they get my SUV in for repairs when needed to avoid my being without my car for any length of time.
